Confectionary Mixer
Three different stirring and mixing modes, as follows
Spiral Mixer: Suitable for mixing dough and other foods that can easily stick. Must be used with low speed.
Planetary Mixer: Suitable for lean slices of food, various powders and grains. Must be used with medium speed.
Stringed Mixer: Suitable for liquids such as eggs. Must be used with high speed. This mixer can be used for Pastries, Restaurants, Fast-foods, etc.
